M3U contains the links for the streams and channel names / identifiers.
EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide and is the same as a guide you would view on a cable box.
Like the person before said, you plug those addresses into the settings of whatever device you're using / whatever your provider recommends.
For example, in Kodi you would enter in your M3U playlist path. Remote path for a URL, Local for something on your local network:

For simplicity sake go with Perfect Player. Easiest for beginners
M3U playlist url is a file that contains all the info for your streams.
EPG URL is the program data for those streams.
You plug it into whatever you going to use to watch your streams..... vlc, certain apps for devices. Your provider should have a list of what they recommend.
