Having a look round on Facebook there are groups claiming to be the original Flawless and the one that's gone down is a reseller, all I don't actually believe it myself.
But all the channels seem to work fine and last week they updated the VOD with a couple of films?
I always sub for 6 months and have a shit load left on this, is it worth looking for another yet or just let it run till my service completely dies because so far there isn't any noticeable problems?
There is still an original flawless.
If you bought from a reseller then they will be using a dns, if that dns remains active and your sub is active then it will work.
If your sub should be active and does not work , maybe the reseller dns has expired, try the original URLs from flawless (if they still have any).
If your sub should be active and original flawless URLs don't work then the account is not active or they (flawless) are down.
Flawless is still going but they went underground. They are reseller only now. If you bought direct from flawless you won't be able to renew when your 6 month sub expires, but if you bought from a reseller enquire if he/she was moved over to their new panel and if they were you will be able to renew with them when the time comes. A lot of resellers were moved but some weren't. It depends on how many customers they had.
Personally I wouldn't renew with them and look for a new provider to be ready for when your sub expires (or flawless go down). Flawless never paid tax on the company they were previously using and let dissolve and now Gould has a new company, but was a little smarter in using a virtual office in London rather than the address of his parents house. I find it hard to believe the government is just going to forget about all that tax money? I find it even harder to believe that all of this info on him is public knowledge yet he still hasn't been taken down yet..

AFAIK once your sub is up you are done, cannot renew and they remove you from their Facebook group.
Always good to see what is out there for other players anyways.
