Just install "Bluestacks" on your computer and then run any android app in that!
My personal preference is Kodi because of how customizable it is.

I use MyIPTV Player from the windows store. It works well with every provider that i've tried, except Vaders. Vaders doesn't seem to work in anything but Kodi for various reasons.

The makers of IPTV Smarters Pro have indicated that they are working on a Windows solution and one for consoles. They offered no details.
