So a few days ago Globe announced they now offer Sky Sports in 4k, does anyone resell this?

Also skeptical but interested..
When flawless was still around I asked a lot about what globe were offering and they said that what they say they are doing and what they are actually doing are two completely different things, I'm inclined to agree with them based on past promises globe have made too.
Soon as they release it I will have it
Believe it when I see it not heard any suppliers offering 4k my current supplier tried a 4k test channel few weeks ago could barely get it going apparently.
If it's not x265, than it will be bitstarved to utter fuck, but it will still be pretty lean. X264 can not handle 4k at the bandwidth that providers like to keep things at. A decent 4k stream needs at least 15-20 mbit, and that is still heavily compressed. X265 is awesome at low bitrates, but even it has it's limits.
BBC are streaming the World Cup on iPlayer. 5 terabits a second going out. Don't think any iptv provider will be doing that any time soon
No provider has 4k channels. Closest you'll get is HD. Check out Vader Streams if you're looking for IPTV tho ;) www.vaders.co
So sky in globe right now (I'm watching it) has a 4k ultra HD symbol in the top right above the sky (whatever sky sports channels it is) logo. Watching on a shield with a 4k TV and it barely looks 1080p.
Where did globe announce the offer Sky in 4k?
Any provider offering 4k now?
So it looks like my provider is not giving me the full 4k output, mind you the output globe are getting is still only HD from Sky.
Somebody needs to tell globe that UK feeds are 25and 50fps not 30fps like their main event feed. Looks crap.
Id be happy with 720p @ 50fps.
No point in 4k with a crap fps imo.
