Some resellers are just way better then others, it’s how she goes in the grey market game friend. I agree that this was likely handled poorly on your resellers end but you have to remember friend that your local out of the truck products pusher is usually not the greatest person lol
Vaders 100% uses dummy accounts here, I used their service and it was pisspoor - everytime there is a critical post here you will see a position new post open up. People who are on them must not have tried many services as their bitrate is terrible on a huge number of channels and they still buffer regularly.
Where can i subscribe for vaders support questions. Because I am trying to find out what is the best apk for dream link box presently i am using dol2 but its not very smooth like channel freezes and its takes long time to load. Ok my personal review about Vaders support.
Basically, I have been working in IT for more than 7 years, that being said I have a little knowledge about how tech works and Customer support. I have been using Vaders for 1 month and I just renewed for 3 months.
The support level for my provider vaderstream.ca have been outstanding, perfect, I can only say that amazon support is better.
I think that you should be evaluate another Vaders seller but referring to Vader as general is not a good idea.
I had tested 5 services so far including Epicstream, TNT, Nitro etc, so far Vaders has been the best.
This is like asking your drug dealer "yo how do I shoot myself up with this heroin you sold me"

You're blaming Vaders for shitty customer service when it shows you reaching out to a reseller?
Blaming them on their channel reliability is one thing, but at least blame the people who are responsible for not providing support for their userbase.
