My understanding is roku deleted everything and can’t side load

You can use plex with the iptv plugin, but that requires a separate pc and some setup

Roku is really useless for IPTV. Find another device.

you can use roku with plex however not many providers offer plex pugins. the only ones I know about are FAB iptv and smoothstreams other then that you can use iptvbundle

if you are using roku try emby server, a lot easier to setup and the channel guide is better(or was). Ive not tried the livetv guide from the recent plex update but not sure if if allows guide for m3u like emby does.

I'm currently using this android app called 'Web Video Caster' to view my channels on the Roku. This "Caster" is more of a send the link to the Roku and the Roku just plays it, I tested this by turning off my tablet/phone and the Roku keeps playing so the app seems to do nothing but send the Roku the link to play. And FYI, I could only get the links playing in 'format=m3u8', with 'format=ts' they would not play on my Rokus'. There is no EPG on the android app, and as I said it only gives the Roku the link to play so obviously no EPG there either. The Web Video Caster will take a URL or m3u, one phone couldn't load up the whole list so it might be best to download the list in some editor and cut it down to select regions or favorites (I use SimpleTV to edit my m3u lists).

Edit: Update: I had tried TVCast before and it didn't work, never loaded the channel onto my Roku. I think it was before I figured out about changing &format=ts/m3u8, with my Roku atleast I need it to be &format=m3u8 for it to play the channels. TVCast will actually allow you to load an EPG with it, so that's what I'm currently using.

You are not looking hard enough... google until your fingers and eyes bleed you will find soemthing
