Boom are fucking whack. Hate resellers like this and sadly it's extemely common with services that let everyone and their grandmother to have a panel. Too many lads who haven't got the maturity or brains to deal with customers.

This is terrible. I currently subscribe through them and have referred them to some friends. I won't be renewing when my term is up and will advise my friends not to resub either. I hope his tantrum was worth the lost revenue.

I go through a different reseller for Vader’s and he is an awesome dude. Super helpful, friendly to chat with, etc. Vader’s, however, is a fucking cesspool of toxic admins. When my subscription is up I’m swapping providers for sure. The Vader’s Telegram chat is absolutely insane, and if you aren’t sucking the admins’ dicks, then they treat you like a complete outcast. Horrible community, horrible support, mediocre service.

Honestly. I understand some customers are a little nuts and can be very demanding. I see them all the time with my Helix service.. but I figure they just need help and it's MY JOB to help them. you know what YOU were not demanding. You doing what a regular customer was doing.
BOOM probably have tons of customers probably can risk loosing you. But it is no excuse for this talk like that.
Provider loose focus of this and attack the customers.. too bad most people do not realize the the business is customer driven. Hence, at Helix you will NEVER see discussions like this.

I only post two support questions in group chat. 1) because was getting servers unable to connect on all platforms. He was unable to help said it was my on my end. So I fixed it by relogging the mini hosts site without even asking for any further assistance once I realized he was unhelpful. . After that I merely wanted to know about the MAC address as shown in the corresponding thread. He’s a tool.
Considered getting vaderstreams a few days ago. Good thing I didn't.

Wow fuck vaders I've never given them money and I never will this guy needs his face kicked in.
I have had a sub with him for some time and never had any problems with him. He has always been very responsive to me. I have always had a quick turn around time when I order from him.
Vaders used to be the premier service and its a shame what it has become. Had a similar issue with Boom. The service was sub par at the end of my sub with them and customer service was NON existent. Dudes a jack ass

I love how his words are so strong, yet the worst thing he can do is cancel your account and take your insignificant amount of money. It’s not like he was going to repossess your car or punch your wife.

i agree in general, that guy carries himself with a really "i'm better than you, you're not worth my time" attitude, it's written all over his facebook group posts and emails...never liked him, but unfortunately one of the better vaderstreams resellers
Honestly, I never had an issue with Boom, and he does deserve some credit that he's not getting here for going above and beyond what a lot of other resellers do. The walk through step-by-step installation youtube videos he puts out can be extremely helpful to noobs, and to my knowledge he has only video up I've seen for more advanced users on making your own copy of SPMC (which is one of the best video players you can use on android based systems). He's also one of the few that made the effort to put out his own free build including Vader for customers back before APKs became all the rage, when a lot of other resellers were just lazily copy and pasting the same "put it on the base kodi skin with no modifications/cleanup" install directions (which tends to be much less user friendly).
That said, I'm also the type that really only needs 2 things out of my reseller. Connecting my account to Vader's servers, and taking paypal as a payment. When he dropped the latter for a brief spell I dropped him as a reseller. As I believe I even mentioned in my very first review of Vader, I also wouldn't recommend him to anybody that needs "special attention" (which there is no real shame in, a lot of people wanting to use this stuff genuinely do). Because he certainly can come across as a dick who lacks patience with that type of stuff.
Not sure what has happened and feel there must be more to the story but from what I have seen won’t be spending money with them. Even if the reseller is telling the truth it should and could have been dealt with better.
