I was wondering how iptv works exactly, there are android boxes that allow you to watch TV and include pretty much every channel.
My question is where do the streams come from? Are the streamed from a central server? Who actually hosts the streams?

Probably somehow illegally pirated, restreamed, but for the price no one cares. You can get your own server and make your own IPTV if you wanted. If your into legal stuff this ain't for you.
