I use an app called 'live soccer', it tells me all the games played during the week. Click on a game and it'll show you what channel it is on throughout the world and what time locally. It's perfect for European games that are not on the main channels.
I am on Android but I assume it's an IOS app too.
beIN Sports USA broadcasts them in English in the US.
Sky Sports had the rights to La Liga in the UK, but I believe this season they are going to Eleven Sports.
If your IPTV service offers various beIN Sports channels, Bein 11 and 12 in the middle east offers La Liga games in english.
