Look, I get it, running an IPTV service is not easy but then again running a business is not easy. If you take a SINGLE dollar from someone you have a responsibility, period. I've had bad experiences with Vaders, like someone else did here and with RoyaltyTV. In other words, I'm 0 for 2.
With Vaders, everything was a bother and as soon as they get your money you're fucked. With Royalty, I tried to reason with the fat fuck who owns it but he wouldn't give me money back for my 5 connections despite cutting it off for me and thousands of others . In all fairness though he does have stellar customer service skills, in one instance a customer was inquiring about a channel being down and he responded with "Whatever, faggot" . Now I know people might say to try /r/iptvreviews but after using it for the two aforementioned providers, it didn't really help, and I no longer believe it gives you the full perspective. In other words, a customer that gets treated well might leave a review there whereas the 99% of others will not.
Also, believe me, I do have perspective on this. I KNOW it's going to be down at times and I KNOW it won't be perfect, but I just want something with reasonable uptime and if I bring up an issue (hey, channel 123 isn't working) they'll at least acknowledge it and get it working in a reasonable time, and if possible, the added bonus of VOD.
I might get downvoted for this but it seems to be the American side of IPTV that has most of the dickheads. You constantly read about all this drama going on with servers and it's all just immature bullshit. Most servers based elsewhere just get on with it and provide a decent service unless they get into legal trouble, but that's a different story altogether.
It's mostly resellers who give their servers a bad name, but that's what happens when you have no type of application process and any idiot can have a panel and sell IPTV.
