I searched fb and found a flawless hosting (reseller). So far I like the service. Only used for about a week. No m3u file so you have to use stbemu or something similar. Does offer vod for extra because it is hosted on a different sever. Prices are slightly cheaper than flawless was.

The closest you will get to Flawless for UK channel selection and quality is likely Fab, or Epic, or maybe Helix (but not sure of them because I only used them briefly about 3 months ago). Epic and Fab both have many HD and FHD UK channels, many with catchup.
