I don't expect much but every time I try to use it I get nothing. Where should I go? Probably done with them.

They are all annouced on vaderstreams telegram channel. Last update was server upgrade to 256 ram.
I am considering getting a sub in a few days. Is Vaders network not the same ?
I have just come across a lot of down time threads. Any reseller has insights on why this is happening ?
I’m on the West Coast USA & have not experienced any issues.
Right now I’ve two providers and Vader is the most consistent of the two. I don’t know if that’s because I’m closer to a Vader server or not and I’ll be honest, I want to hate on Vader but it’s service has been reliable for me.
Note, my opinion might change in an hour if service goes down, so far it hasn’t.
I have had issue myself and now vader is my backup. There are a few news one out there that offer cheaper or equl the cost with the same amount of connections 1,3,5 options.
Just checked and Vaders Catchup is still cutting off at least the last 30 seconds of every Catchup show that I checked.
Fair warning btw. Vader's new 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 APK updates upped the ante quite a bit on crashes. Lots of bugs with that new layout, so if you still haven't upgraded I'd hold off on the quick prompt option until it's deemed safe by user reports in their telegram chat.
Have you ever reached out to your reseller about the issues you are experiencing? We have many ways to help out our clients to over come issues.
Pm me and i can see what i can do.
Have you tried changing servers when it happens? We regularly have issues but changing servers fixes it probably 80% of the time. They were down for something like 12 hours this weekend though.
Unfortunately they don't really have any competition. I don't know of anyone else that offers 5 connections/3 IPs for $11.25/month. :/

The short/simple answer is after seeing a huge influx of resellers last year, which in turn resulted in it being heavily oversold and the servers going to crap, Vader eventually ditched the old back end way of doing things in favor of what essentially amounts to an ongoing beta battle that still continues to this day.
Or even more simple, here's the reality pitch you aren't going to get out of a reseller trying to make a buck. If you are buying Vader it's for the extensive feature list and extra eye candy polish that really isn't matched as a whole anywhere else. If consistent stability is your primary concern, and/or overlooking somewhat frequent back end issues isn't something you want to sign up for, then you are probably better off using a different service.
