My experience with siptv, no they don't have to have your MAC! I set people up with m3u links, you can then put your own Mac into the siptv portal and the m3u link and viola!
I usually do it for people but if you're capable enough (it's literally a copy and paste job) then there's no reason for them to have your MAC mate :)

Mac address is only required if your provider doesn't support m3u. Even then you could use an emulator and use a fake MAC address if you're so god damn fucking scared of giving out your MAC. Or you know, YOU COULD BUY A PROPER FUCKING BOX.
