Hey. The only thing I've used reliably to DVR IPTV is DVBLink (it looks like it was taken over by a new software, TV Mosiac.
It's a bit of a pain to set up, but it did a great job.
NO. If you want to do this get a dreamlink, Buzz, Enigma, or a Forumuler Z.
Maybe through Plex live TV? But that's about it.
