I think most providers carry the Disney channel, Nickelodeon etc so theres plenty of cartoons available from most providers.
This is something I've tried to find out for months without any luck. There is no provider that gives a viable feed of Animax or any other dedicated anime channel. Only provider I found was GE Hosting which had a Korean feed of Animax but it would be useless unless you spoke Korean.
