It can be a source issue, a server issue, a bandwidth issue, a wifi issue, an ISP issue...the list goes on. Always start with your own network and work from there. If the service works fine for other people but not for you, the problem is likely on your end.
Hi, I have the same problem! The problem is "clean" Internet connection. Speed is not the most important thing. Still depends often on the distance to the source. Basically, the majority of IPTV servers are located in Germany or Holland. And I have a huge distance to them from the central-eastern part of Russia. Perhaps that is why everything is frozen. Can be both. ISP throttling or having bad peering. Weak hardware/wifi.
