Been having some issues with EpicStreams lately.

I have a dreamlink t2 with a wired connection and I'm using Epicstreams through Ultrabox. I haven't reached out to them yet, but wanted to see if anyone else here was having these issues.

2 nights ago I was watching a show on CTV or something like that when suddenly the stream switched to a country music channel. In the EPG it showed I was still on the CTV channel but what was streaming was completely different. I changed channels and came back around to CTV thinking it might fix the issue but nope, it was still the country music channel.

Been having issues with a few other channels too, like HGTV, the EPG being completely wrong. It's not even time shifted, it's just wrong.

Some other channels that have issues with EPG not being accurate either. And the stream quality being blurry.

Anyone else having these issues?

Edit: The issues have been happening for a while, the channel switch happened 2 nights ago.

You know they have a forum where you can ask these questions directly instead of coming here and posting where you will get absolutely no correct answers, RIGHT? I'd suggest instead of posting here, you direct your comments on their user forum where you will get a proper answer, instead of conjecture and anecdotes.

I signed up for service yesterday and noticed that the Sports Pass did that. Originally the Rangers game was on I changed the channel and then went back to the Rangers game and suddenly a new game was on and then out of the three sources that said the Rangers were on it was other teams in each channel and no channel had the correct baseball game. Other than that actual TV was fine just Sports were all wrong and still are. I submitted a ticket.

Fab isn't closing, in fact it's deciding to go underground with end users and asking resellers to use it's NEW website called bfahosting.com

Jordan thinks that this move will keep him out the limelight of the authorities, however I doubt he has the sense to understand that the authorities are already closing in on him.

Dref (vtpi) please don't delete this post! It's not breaching any Reddit Rules, and Reddit have already been flagged about your activity on here, so believe me deleting it will only help prove that your breaching your Fair Policy rules set out under your mod rules.

I have had a couple issues as well. I think it is time to move on. The customer service has taken a turn for the worse. I have created two tickets in three days and they keep deleting my open tickets without responding to me. The quality is decent, but I have never experienced such bad customer service with any provider. If you have a problem or issue keep in mind that they might not help you.
