Yes, your reseller needs the MAC address of the Buzz to activate the box on your subscription. Also make sure that you are entering the correct portal information. For Vader its http://vaders.tv/c or their beta portal at http://mag.vaders.tv

Login to http://minihosts.org/amember go to the profile tab and enter your own mac no need for the reseller to do it. Enter the mac in 00:00:00 fashion. You get your mac from the page you entered the portal on in the buzz portals settings.
