On a separate note how do you like Ipguys? Is it pretty stable and reliable, do they have a good number of hd channels or mostly sd channels?
If you happen to have a Android box try the app Mobdro, that should meet your VOD needs nicely.
they are worried about dmca issues. that is why some iptv services have dumped vod altogether.

VOD is a perk, it's not what you get IPTV for. If you want content like this, there are lots of apps you can install, or you can head over to /r/PLEXShare or /r/EmbyShares and pay for strictly VOD content.
I use terrarium and Morpheus for vod and ipguys and others for tv
