Looking a provider that provides own App so can download it from file to firebox, must have UTV & BBC NI, any suggestions?

Epic and Express come to mind. But I think both are just modified versions of kodi. Are you so inept that you can't just install kodi and use it? AFAIK kodi is an allowed app and you don't need to side load it.
