There are some 4k, but not sure about HDR. Please do a search before posting, as this gets asked fucking weekly. Seriously.
There were a few h265 2160i/2160p 50fps 4K streams for the World Cup. There's a Sport TV h265 4K stream that will be working for La Liga and Portugese league matches, from what I've seen.
No not yet, they say 4K on channels with some suppliers but their 1080 at best, Won't be long before suppliers do actually have 4K thou.
