No channels working on either the website or my Nvidia Shield.
Been working fine for me via MAC on a z7+, IPTV Smarters on a Buzz box and a Shield TV and web on a HTPC. I don't use it through KODI or other means outside of what I mentioned above so i'm not sure what you're using on the Shield. I also don't watch soccer, so if that's what's not been working for you, I can't help ya there either. Sounds like the other comment here is likely correct, check on your account status.
My service went down Thursday. By Saturday I had enough and it was 2 days before monthly renewal. So I cancelled. I'm trying a new service (Helix). It costs almost $10 per month more to have a 3 sub option but I will pay more if it means less buffering and more up time. I will see how Helix performs for the next month. So far so good.
I have no UK channels at the moment.
Check with reseller. Either an account issue or a banned account.
