For the last few weeks I haven't been able to watch anything on IPTVSubs, I don't watch much TV and thought it was just a server issue. The other day I checked and saw I got banned, not sure why because my subscription is still pretty new. Anyways I've submitted a ticket for a partial refund but have not heard back for 3 days now.
It's a shame because they had Fairchild TV that I was mainly looking for that not a lot of other providers have.
They have never answer to any support ticket for me. I lost access to a reseller panel still with 15 credits and they didn't do a damn thing to get my access back except for banning my ip for trying too many times with the wrong password.
The funny thing is that the password and recovery email was changed on my panel and I never got a notification on my email asking me if it was ok to change the email which most likely means there was a hack on their end. The username and password on the panel were unique and very hard to guess.
In the past year I submitted about 5 tickets for different issues and I never heard back from their support.
I think all the tickets still show open with no answer.
One of my latest tickets is about their apk showing wrong host when trying to login. Still no answer, still the same issue and still the apk has not been updated after a month since the issue started.
They have no way of contacting them except for creating tickets which looks like they just ignore
They have a great selection of Latino channels that's why I was using them. But really they don't care wether the service works or not in the end, once you have paid they really don't care if you can watch tv or not
