Since Helix is down does anyone have any recommendations for uktv, mainly sports?
Worst provider I have tried. I have Sky broadband. Tried watching on web browser, iOS, Kodi on Windows and on Android. Tried them all with and without a VPN. NOTHING WORKS. When Premier League football starts, Helix doesn’t work at all. 3 weeks in a row this has happened now. I won’t be renewing my sub.
Edit: Also tried Perfect Player on my Fire Box, again no football streams work.

Yep. Another weekend where the streams die 20 seconds into the first game. By far the worst IPTV service I've tried so far 3 weeks in.
The support is terrible as well. There is clearly a lot of people having issues and the response is just "service is working fine just open a ticket"

Had no problems with Helix today, or last weekend. It's been perfect.
I'm using VPN and watching Sky Sports. All seems fine

There is clearly an issue of some kind here as some people are having no issues without even using a vpn, and others are getting nothing even with a vpn. and it seems to have been exactly the same last week. seems very odd. i wonder if its server capacity limiting the number of connections so once full up, others cant connect at all, I can't think what else would cause such an issue where some are fine and some cant connect at all.
No VPN.

Watching bt sport,buffer free, with vpn on.
Works with smartiptv app,vlc and perfectplayer over here,watching the the cardiff-newcastle game atm on Sky PL

The Birmingham v Swansea match last night was flawless but remember that is the Championship so it's not as prone to go down as much as the Premier League.
Opened a ticket and got an automated message with no help. Missed a few games and about to miss more today. Will be canceling after today if this isn't solved.
Its the Weekend and Football / Sport is on, so are you surprised by this?. It happened last weekend and I think the Sunday before too!.

I have just switched on my VPN and logged into Helix via my DreamLink T1+ using MAC address connection method
I can watch any stream, EPL or otherwise

Seems to be working fine for me not using a vpn either. I was having issues and saw an update on their site from last weekend saying to log out and log in, since i did that half an hour ago its worked fine
Working fine for me without a Vpn watching on NBC
We added an additional two sets of games inside the EPL/SPFL/iFOLLOW/ELVEN Folder.
Please refresh your playlist to get these updated channels.

Nothing working for me either.. only been a customer a few hours.. very poor!
That's why I use Carlsberg media Tv no need for a VPN so far and I haven't missed a preseason friendly / or any of the premier league matches yet.
I only signed up today. Have been able to login on kodi and via the browser but none of the links work. Or st least they didn't earlier. I'm out at the moment. Not good when I've just signed up..

See... Pointless.
Had a great first week with them but today “Sunday” has been absolutely garbage. Every other channel I click on seems to be down and if I finally find something to watch it’s buffering. My download speed is clocking in at 356mb down and my upload is 18mb and my other sub is working just fine.
The generic response I see is open a ticket....what am I supposed to say...all your channels are buffering and down lol
Like I said I’ve had a great week besides today. Just wanted to add to this conversation that something is up. I brought my friends and family to Helix also after the FAB shutdown and they too are having issues.
Unbearable again. Scam artists.
NBC streams down, fox sports also down, TSN working but with issues, sky working if u r not in uk.
