forget perfect player on PC. it sucks the bag.
I guess a lot of people use VLC but its not really well designed for it and has no EPG.
Perhaps there are others by now that are properly designed for iptv with epg and a decent interface.

Perfect player do a Windows version. I've not used it myself but lots of people like the Android version so I'm thinking it's pretty decent and has a full EPG :)
I use Kodi on the PC. Never needed anything else
...Or, install "Bluestacks" and then run your favorite android iptv app such as IPTV Extreme free or pro in it.
I just finished setting up next pvr and it works great and the guide is very good.
i use http://nextpvr.com u can use EPG if your suppler offers it .
