So with FAB shutting down I need a new IPTV provider...
I am from the UK mainly just watch the Football, Premiere League, La Liga, Seria A, Champtions League and such...
High Quality Streams & High Framerate would be nice if possible.
Can anyone provide me with some recommendations?

So, my take on things is that you should subscribe to 2 or 3 less expensive providers (e. g. TNT, Helix, Eternal, Twisted, CCIPTV) instead of one expensive one (Vader, Gears, etc.)
Bear in mind though, and this may need clarification if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe ss allow vpn usage.

Smooth Streams. I was in the same boat, only bothered about the footy... it is very very good. If you want any other channels then it isn't for you.

Look so many of them are getting busted and the buffering is so bad I just went legal, with a US based company, I got the 7 day trial and it was enough to convince me, And I got tired of Facebook customer support lol Anyone interested its called Red stick Wireless here is the free trial link and i only pay $29 per month, not bad if you ask me, for what I get including 5 devices to use it on
Avoid helix like the plague.
