I don't know about a forum but a reseller has communicated in their behalf the following message.

Servers will be down for a few hours due to maintenance. Techs are working on buffering issues and a server rebuild is required on some of the servers. No ETA at this time. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Its back up anyways, see with your reseller if there a change of dns for m3u/mag portal.
Subbed last week as I heard good things and FAB is gone for me but I am not impressed so far. Don't think I'll renew unless things drastically get better.
