Use a VPN on your router. If it doesn't support it then you can make it support VPN by flashing custom Firmware such as openwrt/Tomato that way all your devices pass through the VPN.
Well you will need to put it on your router, some VPNs do have native android tv apps, but very few. I use Nord myself and it recently released one. There should be at least a few more who has those or just set in on your router. I have my Apple TV behind a VPN router. I bought a 2nd router purely to run a VPN on it as I wanted the option to connect devices to a NON VPN IP.
Some providers sell routers pre configured, I went for a Pro router from LibertyShield VPN. Total cost inc shipping, router and 13 months VPN access was £99.
