As long as you're not trying to stream on both apps simultaneously it shouldn't be a problem.
Depends...both apps can connect simultaneously if not properly shut down. If you, lets say, are watching on one app, press the "Home" button, then open a stream in another app, it will definitely show on the reseller's end as watching two streams simultaneously.
You would have to completely exit out of the first app or, even better, "Force Stop" that first app, before opening the other app on the same device to ensure that multiple connections don't show up on his end.
That provider sucks if you can only use it on one device at a time
