You can do this with almost any provider that gives you a m3u link. Just use something like Perfect Player, identify the channels you want and hide the rest. So trial a few different services, pick the one that is most reliable for you and then edit your channel line-up rather than making it a defining part of your decision process.
I can set you up with a line and run it through xtream Editor. Then you can have an interface to choose what channels you want to see. You would have to pay for the full package but gives you fexibility
This option is available with a lot of providers you just need to edit your channel list don't just take the first option given to you get plenty of trials and edit the lists yourself.
With RapidIPTV you get access to their dashboard where you can do that
Why bother with having to edit m3u links etc when there are 5.00/month iptvs that provide a section that you can have your favorites listed and not have to redo the m3u links every once in a while?
Why not just edit the playlist and create "Favourite" group title?
