ExoticIPTV is a good choice. I am a customer, but only for EPL, so just check their site out.

As already mentioned, there are a lot of providers. I've personally used SteadfastTV (Helix) and Hellraisers. Both have been good. Definitely get trials from quite a few of them and then decide which you are happy with :)

Clearstreamz is pretty good.
TNT, Helix, Vader and many others also offer multiple connections.
Take out some trials and see what you like.
