There are no anonymous pay systems apart from crypto I would say. It's got to come out somewhere

ive also in same dilemma, I have a credit card which doesn't charge me for foreign currency exchange however whichever payment system the provider accept wants to charge me according all sorts of fees.
I am a reseller and i have paypal but i would say do some more research on the Provider/reseller.
Their reputation will speak to that. If you cant find anything about them then i would most likely avoid them.
Also there are reputable and safe CC providers such as Stripe and Square
