I've subscribed to epicstream for a while now and I switched resellers from ultrabox to nowgetiptv since nowgetiptv was offering subscription in Canadian prices (which meant I wouldn't have to pay conversion fees).
But for whatever reason, nowgetiptv has stopped responding on reddit and there is no way to contact him/her through the website.
I did go to epicstream.biz and sent a message via their "contact us" page, but haven't heard back yet.

On september 10th I paid for a 3 month subscription. For the last 3 weeks when I log in it has listed my expiration date as Oct.9th. I've sent emails and opened a case weeks ago but and now I can't log in and it says account has expired. On my account page it lists my active and fully paid 3 month subscription starting sept. 10th. All emails to epicstream have been ignored and my case remains open with no responses. Has anyone had any luck recently contacting epicstream?
you can get a sub from me at www.tdshost.ca as long as you choose CAN currency in the left column when purchasing,,you will have CAN dollars.
