Question I have 3 IPTV providers with the same Mac Address why is that ?
The MAC address is the address of your box / device.
Do you mean the portal URL is the same?
Either they are all just resellers of the same service or they are all using Xtream-Editor to organize their service. If the URL is mag.xtream-editor.com then that is your answer.
No, you are not really making any more sense.
The MAC address is the address of your Emulator. You give your provider (or in your case all 3 providers) that MAC address so they can register it on their panel so you can access their service. Of course your MAC address is the same with all 3 providers if you are using the same Emulator with all three providers. Your MAC address should start with 00:1A:79...if it does, you are good.
For an example...I have a Formuler Z-Nano that has 5 different portals. If I subscribe to 5 different services, I would give all 5 services the MAC address of the box. Then, those services would provide me with their portal URL. I would enter those URLs into the 5 different portals and that is how they connect to each other. The MAC never changes no matter how many providers you have.
The hell? This post makes no sense.
