After last time nitrotv was down, the new m3u playlist doesnt have channel groups anymore, like entertainment, soccer, etc.

You may ask your sever providers. Or changed the APK.
What are you using to watch it (Perfect Player)
If so go into settings and in GUI check show channels as folders.
Go into settings and then GUI and put a check in “Show channels groups as folders”.
does the url you used have type=m3u_plus or just type=m3u
The type=m3u_plus gives you the channel groups
