Ping does not tell you if the server is oversubscribed with peers.
Vader need to have a form of load balancing.
How did you see the ip's before?
Paste the whole list into PingInfoView, it will error on the SERVERNAMES but will continue to test the IP addresses so then refer back to the list to see which one gave you the best ping.
