So I recently learned about the whole IPTV, kodi, terririum, etc. streaming apps. Some of these apps allow for you to upload m3u files playlist and it seems like those have live tv channels.
My question is, where can I find these m3u playlist? Which is currently the best IPTV app? Where can I download it?

To receive a m3u playlist you need to either subscribe to a iptv service or search the net for a free m3u playlist, check out /r/iptvreviews and /r/iptvresellers for that stuff.
The program you use depends on the platform you want to view your service on, so just use the search bar and the google, you’ll find tons of tutorials. They will lead you to downloads as well.
You can figure this out on your own, it’s common sense.
