You need money pretty much and you can get everything you need all you need to is go to a couple of fb iptv groups and ask around and if don’t how to set up server or don’t have channels you can get that from people in there but also you need servers and those aren’t cheap and among other things like maybe apks depending on how “professional” you want your service to be and possibly support and that’s just the basic stuff

It can be done, but usually you'll have to set aside thousands of dollars likely just for your first month. It's hard to take that kinda hit while trying to gain a user base.

If you can set aside 3 or 4 thousand dollars to start, you could probably pull it off. Just make sure you get a user base ready in advance (maybe have some presales etc) to help cover your losses for the first little while.
