You can ask your provider to do it as well, they can remove different countries but most likely cannot do individual channels.
It's really easy once you take a few minutes to look at your m3u file, but this is loading it directly from an m3u, not an m3u link. After having some trouble with channels being moved around, categories I didn't want, or just generally not being in the order I wanted I decided to edit the m3u list the way I wanted, been doing it for a while. I just check with my IPTV provider once in a while to see if they've added channels and such.
you cannot do it on the fly. you will have to download it, and then edit to how you like it.
there might be an app/player that can let you do it, but i am not aware of it, and if there is one, i would love to know too?
