If you're a competitive gamer you'll know that it all depends on your Internet Service Provider and the speeds you get from them. Streams range from 480p to 1080p and even 4K UHD depending on the provider. I'm sure you can Google the bitrate transfer of those streams. You're asking people a very vague question, not including any info about potential providers or who your ISP is and your service you pay for. Can't expect to get any help surely...

If you have enough bandwidth it won't matter.
Pretty easy to fucking test though, simply open a YouTube video while playing a game.
