I am having a hard time choosing which iptv to go with...

by hurcor

I have searched for a solid 4 hours on /r/iptvreviews, /r/iptvresellers, /r/iptv and have come up with, yep, nothing. There is no one iptv that stood out and shined like, "pick me, pick me!" Everyone seems to love and hate a same service. So I am curious. Which do you have, why, and how is it? I just want something that will primarily give me stable sports streams along with some TV. I like nat geo, discovery, history, and kids channels. What am I looking for reddit?

You'll probably get a few disguised comments from resellers here as well. Most real IPTV users don't want to give you their iptv name because the more people that sign up, unfortunately, the more strain on the iptv servers. so there isn't an incentive to recommend the iptv that I'm using.

Well I'm having SmoothStreams and Helix, why two IPTV? SmoothStreams is just undroppable sport weekend and Helix is awesome on regular channel and vod so I'm having best of both world.

Edit: now just adding local IPTV provider, they have servers at local internet exchange, latency is just few millisecond. Only for local channels since I don't have a terrestrial antenna.

It really is just a personal preference. What works great for me might be garbage for you...sounds strange but I've been around enough to have seen it.

Its going to take some effort to find the right service for you. As was said, take a bunch of trials. Those trials won't give you the full picture, but enough to decide which to subscribe to for a month.

One word of advice...always have at least two services! This stuff is cheap enough that two services is affordable and you will thank God you have a backup the first time your primary goes down during a big event.

For me, tvluux works well. The broadcasts are really stable, smooth and channel transitions are very fast.

billy_gnosis44

Most of them are the same average service. Usually I just close my eyes and pick one, or pick based of someone’s opinion on here. Watch out for resellers that will tell you their half-assed service is the best in the world.

Trial trials trials

bighero76

Most have the same channel streams, 99% are basically repackaged garbage. Just choose one that you like and think will provide what you want.

Nasty9999

I usually subscribe to an IPTV service that isn't mentioned in here. Once it's mentioned in this sub it's time to move on.

I am not a reseller, just a customer. I'm with TNT for about 4-5 months and very happy with them. Every IPTV service has ups and downs, and TNT is no exception, but they have a great Discord support channel and there is always someone around to check into things. Any time there is a problem it gets fixed pretty quick. And for $5/mo how can you go wrong? I've seen other IPTVs sell weekend trials for that price.

In the end I think you should approach it with an "experimental" mind set. You aren't choosing a partner for life. It is extremely easy to switch providers from month to month if service is bad. Try ANY provider, and be prepared to switch if/when things do not meet your expectations. Don't pay for 1 year in advance, or a lifetime account. Pay for 1-3 months at a time and decide whether to renew at the end of each term.

For value I would recommend a combo of Helix and TNT.

I pay £6 a month for helix, they have a variety of packages, I went for single helix and with that I get, US/CA/UK channels including Sport/ppv/movie channels/Documentaries and general entertainment from all those countries, plus VOD for movies series. Usually a couple of links for each sport channel. Quality across the board is very good. Expect a mix of sd and HD channels. Just Google helix hosting, they also do 24 or 48 hr trials to test it out. Customer service is a highlight for me. Even though they only have a ticket response on their we page, responses rarely take more than an hour and have been polite and helpful. Essential as this was my first sub so I needed help setting up along the way. Probably a good start point for your needs.

Despite having no trouble at all really with helix so far. It's general consensus here that you should run a back up sub, should your main provider ever go down for a while. Heard a lot about TNT and again, very cheap. So took out a sub with them. They have a similar APK to helix's one. But I tend to use perfect player on my firestick, and link it to both my subs. This one I pay around £4.20 a month for. Very similar package to the one I mentioned I have with helix. No VOD (You can add for £3 a month but as its included in my helix plan I left that out for now) but you get nigh on everything else in the single helix, I think there's actually more sports in the TNT package, helix is substantial for sure and the usual suspects are there but TNT boasts a few extra international sports channels and some fight networks. Helix has multiple links for each sky sports channel (SD and HD) whereas TNT only usually has one as far as I can see. Not an issue though because between the 2 of them I am absolutely loaded with what I need and its like £10 a month for the pair of them! Movies and entertainment documentary categories very similar. I mentioned their apks, and whilst I tend to stick with perfect player rather than the providers apks. Helix's one does have a catch up feature, where you can replay programmes from the past week from a variety of channels which is neat. TNT is great customer service again, a similar ticket system on their site or a their active discord group keeps you up to speed nicely.

There's so many providers out there but I think these 2 at £10 a month for the pair should more than cover you!

I agree if you find a good one keep it to yourself. If you recommend everybody will recommend that service and then the resellers will kill your perfect iptv service.

TheGodPlant

Try and find a provider from your local area if possible, luckily I’ve just found out a friend who’s mother’s partner has his own service (not just a reseller). Other than that it’s trials during heavily watched events to see how it copes with the strain of thousands of viewers and then paying month by month.

hallofgamer

just pick any, the cheaper the better. unless you live in front of the tv you wont notice.

chrispy1973

If you want a reasonably seamless service, then you'll need two different subscriptions and be willing to switch between them, as you'll probably find yourself toggling between them all night in order to watch what you want to watch all of the way through. I have TNT and Helix and I constantly swap between them, almost as often as I switch between channels as you will find missing audio, buffering, channels missing or incorrectly labeled and it probably won't be long before you get the annoying channel drop out, where you lose the entire stream half way through what you were watching, all of these are part of the IPTV experience so don't have any illusions on that score!.

turnuppig

What are you looking for anyway? I have smoothstreams (streamtvnow) for my sports and eternal tv for cable channels (cant pass on $10 for 5ips). I only watch cable news most of the time on eternaltv. I also have real debrid so i can watch my tv shows/movies ib much better quality.

Go with Gears/Reloaded IPTV

Arzotv

There is no perfect iptv server available in market but theirs are some with good feedback. Text us your mac id and we will get you free trial to check it out. Signup for free trial: http://arzo.deals

Contact me at 1-587-800-9911 if you are looking for IPTV subscription. I am based out of Canada. I have a few different servers to offer based on my experience.

I am all about customer service and as a client, you will appreciate the fact that you can call/text me for help rather than waiting endlessly for someone to respond to their email.

I can make recommendations on what hardware to buy and what different servers have to offer.

I recommend asking resellers on here to give you a trial of their service to see how reliable they are before you subscribe to them. I've tried Fab, Nitro, Vader, and TNT. In my experience, I had quite a bit of buffering and channels not working when using Fab and Vader. But with Nitro and TNT, I had very little to no issues. I don't watch regular channels like nat geo, discovery and stuff like that. I mainly subscribe to watch PPV and sports.

Although Nitro was very reliable, the main complaint I had was their pricing. Back when I had it in April it was $20/month. So then I decided to shop around different providers. I was recommended by someone on reddit to try out TNT. I decided to try it out for a month since it's so cheap($5/month) thinking it would be horrible, but boy was I wrong. This is one of the most reliable services that I've ever tried. They also have great support. If you ever have any issues, you can go to their Discord page and someone's always there to help you immediately.

DrFeelgood147

I have Helix and Vader. Had Fab until they shut down.

Helix is cheap and pretty reliable, support is ticket only but the service works on all platforms and has tons of content so it's my main go to.

Vader has its ups and downs but it's great for sports, and catch up when it's enabled.

I've tried area 51, tnt, and a few other services, I didn't think the selection or stability was better. Gears TV is too expensive and limited channels, same with smoothstreams.

1point44mb_is_fine

Jesus they are all like $20 a month - pick one and try it. You're out two big macs, a fries and a large coke. Not a big deal. You will find one you like.
