I'd be amazed if it wasn't behind live TV at all.
With an aerial in the UK if you want to see the action first your choice is:
There's about 2 seconds between 1/2, but I measured another 40+ seconds between 2/3 when watching the World Cup.
There's a lot of technical reasons why - distance between keyframes, buffer sizes, HLS etc, but i'd be amazed if it got anywhere near the speed of the SD channel.
Test it against the radio broadcast
All lies. They're just delaying the broadcast feed by a couple of seconds instead.
It's easy to solve. You just delay the non stream transmission. Problem solved.
