Did you do a trace route to confirm where the connection dies ?
Same problem here. Since last week, and it happened last month as well. My reseller says there's nothing I can do. Frustrating!

I talked to some admins they said sometimes they need to block some countries because of attacks they suffer at their servers. Brazil is a source of some attacks they face
It's a Vaders issue. While using a Brazilian VPN, it doesn't connect to Vaders at all. I did a traceroute and it reaches the server. Tried with another provider in the same datacenter and works perfectly.
I think they're moving to using CloudFlare I wonder how ISPs will block it since CloudFlare uses shared IPs for sites.
