Can somebody please tell me how to exclude all of the foreign language channels and kid movies from Perfect Player so it doesn't take nearly 10 minutes to start up?

I'm using OK2 on a FireTV Cube if that matters. Thanks.

If your list is organised into groups & you just want to hide unwanted groups it's easy.

In Perfect Player Settings >> Advanced >> Check "Groups Management Mode" & back out to the main screen. Wait a few minutes as you'll see your list being reloaded into edit mode. The screen in now divided into a Left & Right side. Use the Left/Right arrows on your remote to scroll up/down on the left hand side of the screen until a group you wish to hide is selected. Press settings on remote to bring up Perfect Player pop-up control window, scroll down and choose Hide Group(NOT Hide Groups). A small Trash Can icon should appear next to the group you chose to hide. Once you've finished hiding groups...Perfect Player Settings >> Advanced >> UNCheck "Groups Management Mode" and back out to main screen. You list will now exit Edit mode and reload.

I can't recommend https://xtream-editor.com enough. Cost about 5 dollars a year. I can combine multiple providers, create my own groups etc.....I streamlined 2 providers...ok2 and nitro into one custom m3u list of about 150 Chanells and 5 groups I feed this into tvirl and then into Nvidia shield live channels. You can feed this custom m3u to perfect player

Then use iptv smarters android app to access and switch between the 2 services and have full access to vod catchup and all the channels when needed

Tell your reseller to disable groups you do not want, otherwise download the m3u file, search for M3U editor and delete groups/channels you do not like and upload the m3u to PPlayer.

so I have also been trying to do this.. I beleive what Mr_bbi will work however Does it still load all the channels IE slow load time.

There is a way to filter categories but I can't get it to work with providers

this is my examaple:

I use this it's not in English but easy to use. 1st button to import, last button to save .m3u

I tested this and only hides them from view. So big m3u files take long time to load
