No Vaders support?

by monkey864

I've had Vaders since Feb, and it was awesome. Then we went through the summer of troubles due to apparent over selling and switching servers and etc etc. It was such a great deal with multiple devices we decided to stick with it through the hard times. And it did get better For a month or 2. For 2 weeks now nothing but buffering. No matter what server, or resetting everything you can think of, it plays for 5 sec, buffs for 5 secs. I'm a member of 3 vaders groups on fb and none of my help posts get approved by admins. No other complaints are visible as well. Just bought a linksys ac3200 router in case my router was dying. Nope. 100 mb internet hardwired through android box, and a fire stick both do the same. Is anybody out there with these problems?

Drop em like a hot potato. Plenty of better options out there imo.

Vader was great for me today in Florida on the Atlanta server. You didn't mention what player app you were using either. If it's the notoriously unstable APK, which should never be recommended as your primary method of streaming their live feeds, that could be your problem in itself right there.

Facebook groups generally suck for support help btw. Vader has one of better CS platforms out there in the form of an extremely active telegram chat. Message your reseller and tell them to throw you an invite to it.

It could be a bunch of different things. First, you might not notice it on something like Youtube or while gaming, do a speed test and make sure you're getting the speed advertised, let's see those numbers: http://www.speedtest.net/ Ping, Download, Upload. It might test to a server from your ISP first, so do a second test and change it to next nearest city. Ping should usually be 0-1, Download should be close to what your ISP advertises (if not being heavily used in your household at the time of test), and Upload should also be close to what is advertised.

Ok, you see good speeds? Next, you now should ping the Vaders servers. To do that download PingInfoView: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/multiple_ping_tool.html In PingInfoView paste this Vader server list and see what soft of numbers you see under Average Ping:

These numbers will be all over the place but should be within 20ms of eacho ther for the USA ones, I would say a decent Ping would be under 70. Post what you get.

Edit: It could be your ISP throttling it, maybe they took 2 months to catch on, are you on an unlimited bandwidth plan? Maybe they are lose in their terms and they could have sniffed around as to why you suddenly have high bandwidth usage after cancelling cable. LOL Gotta poke around and see what's up.

I've been watching Vaders all day with hardly a glitch. I watched the pregame, the full Steelers/Chiefs game, the Lions/49ers game, an episode of NCIS, and now I'm watching the Giants/Cowboys game. A few minor glitches, but by and large its been excellent.

I won't pretend that I understand your issues. Could be equipment, could be geography, could be ISP related...who knows? All I know is that Vader was good today. Its not good every day, that's for sure, but it was definitely good today!

You may need a vpn. On perfect player settings/playback/buffer size set to 4 and decoder to auto.

UBERIPTV

There are no official Vader support groups on FB.

Have you contacted Vaders via their official Telegram channel? That's where you will get support.

Anyone know a service with at least 2 devices and possibly (but not a deal breaker) 2 ip's?

Have had no issues either today. Streaming fine now. Switching between wwe and Sunday night football. Using perfect player.

Hey it's the nature of this game. You can't exactly expect support for what we are paying. If you want support, help, then honestly go with a legit service. Troubleshoot and try the usual, VPN, different software, etc. If that doesn't work, then it's super easy to just drop the service and go with someone else. That's the beauty of this type of service. No loyalty.
