It's not really about the IPTV supplier, more about your ISP. Keep away from the biggest ones and you'll have much less issues.

No. Time and time again users have been told you need a VPN, PERIOD because of all the legal shit that is going, and all the blocks. It's a constant cat and mouse game that providers just don't want to bother with. Well providers that advertise here at least. If you're not in the area covered by the blocks you don't need a VPN, otherwise, get a VPN.
This is always coming up, as if a VPN is some charity IPTVs are requiring you to give money to. No, this is for YOU, especially now in the UK. It's like $4/month to keep your ISP out of what you're using the internet you paid for. You've seen the legal trouble going around, why even risk it, just get behind a VPN.
I have been using IPTV since the start of the season without a VPN, haven’t had any issues yet. Is it only a matter of time and should I get a VPN or because it’s been a month with no problems, am I alright?
PIA VPN is very good and very cheap
Probably not, and if there is it will eventually also require one. Sorry. You will probably have to invest in a good VPN if you want to watch IPTV during those times.
