If one is using Vaders in Canada do I need my VPN on or not for legal reasons?
I'd rather have it off just because my network is so much faster without it but does anyone actually know what the IPTV laws are in Canada? Has anyone ever been fined or is there a risk of being fined for streaming IPTV in Canada (specifically Ontario)? I'm having problems in finding more info on the matter. Anyone know?

Ive used them for 6mos at one time in canada with shaw and telus 0 issues. You'll be fine its the sources they usually go for.
I have been user Vaders for 6 months without any issues with a big Canada(Ontario GTA) Provider.

I'm new to IPTV, is Vader truly HD quality? I'm mostly interested in all the sports packages like NFL Sunday ticket
Theres no way to identify who is tied to an IP address in Canada, just never admit to anything and you can download whatever you want.
There is no IPTV laws per-say. The law that surround IPTV services are copyrighted based for the most part. Can you be fined for streaming services in Canada without permissions, yes you can. If the company feels you they lost revenue because of the streams they have the right to sue.

I'm using vader's in Ontario without a vpn. I was under the impression that this was still a grey area in canada. I believe it's illegal to download and share pirated materia, but not illegal to just stream it
We get ripped off here so bad it’s not even funny with the prices for cable/internet packages and even cellular. The programming is even worse than the US. I would get IPTV out of spite.
