File for refund with PP, WSS is dead.
WSS have degenerated into a crappy service. Better to get your money back and move on. Even their app is on the verge of closing!
I think it's time to switch to a new provider. I've sent Helix a message. If any helix reps see this please can you arrange a trial for me
How do you gain access to WSSprmium these days?
I go by the 24 hour rule. If u don't have what u paid for by then, file a dispute.
