Again this is why you should always have a backup. If they are done, then they are done, and you know what to do, just move on. I haven't watched any TV tonight myself so I don't know. Let me go check and I'll be back.
edit: no issues at my house. Channels and everything are working perfectly fine. If you don't have TV, contact your reseller.

everything is up with me after latest email sent with latest url change. email is dated 09/11 and I'm using perfect player and kodi non addon but using simple pvr client (TV setting)
So my understanding is when my renewal in Dec comes up I must purchase a new sub with a reseller ? I sent an email few wks ago but no reply.
I've only dealt with Ultrabox, no reseller and I received emails telling me I've been invited to the new site. If I cannot continue with Ultrabox in Dec, then why the migration to the new site ? What benefits of the new site ? Quite confusing.
Some sort of communication either way would have been appreciated... Instead they bring fourm and site into maintenance mode without any sort of heada up.. Bummer

Can someone please inform me how to renew my service? I cannot do so on the private site. Also the forums are not available.

It's working great. If anything it's gotten even better as I've had 0 buffering since midweek!!
