e2m3u2bouquet plugin - please help

Hi, we would really appreciate any help in order to resolve an issue we are having using the e2m3u2bouquet plugin.

My husband installed the script sent to us by our provider. It is version 0.7.5.

After selecting the provider via the plugin we added the username and password then saved. We checked the config.xml file and the username/password are fine.

Then we selected 'Run' and the provider's Categories were imported and are visible but when each category is selected instead of seeing a list of the channels under the category instead we see a list of 'n/a'. This is the same for every category imported.

Please can anybody help us? Is there a way of someone posting or sending a working config.xml file or maybe we could send ours (with username/password replaced with XXX etc) to determine whether it is a set up issue for us.

Your providers file was probably configured for ext3 player. This works best on your box. Download service app from plugin feeds. Find where its located on pli image. Change the player in service app from enigma 2 to ext3 player. Reboot the box and run the bouquet maker again.

It seems your m3u is being downloaded correctly, so it shouldn't be a configuration issue. Also, it seems the bouquet files are being created matching the m3u categories, but empty. I'd check the space left on the flash, it's possible you run out and content can't be added to the files as they're being created.
